how to treat hormonal imbalance?
i have serious acne problem,it wont go away…i never had acne problems before and now that i am on my 20s they are now coming out and wont go away…ive gone through different dermatologists and my pimples are still here…i thought that maybe this is a hormonal imbalance since i have a problem with my monthly period and i feel depressed sometimes…thanks!
That is certainly a possibility, especially since you have other hormone symptoms as well. Ask your general practitioner (GP) to refer you to a gynecologist… or even better yet an endocrinologist… that specializes in female hormone issues. A simple blood test should be enough to see if this is a factor, but not all GPs know how to properly evaluate the results.
