What can i do to prevent pimples and acne?
i suffering from these pimples & acne since last 3 years.some says dont care abt it its because of hormonal change,nd some tells different ways to cure it..t tried many things bt nothing works on it…waat to do??? plz help me!!
You don’t have to change your diet or anything, acne normally isn’t affected by that unless you’re rubbing the grease from the food all over your face. Although drinking a lot of water may help.
Try washing your face with a bar soap, such as Dial or Lever 2000. If that doesn’t work, move up to Clearisil or a brand name product. If all else seems to fail, ask your parents if you can go to a dermatologist, they’ll normally recommened Accutane, which has cured me of all acne. I use to have at least 3 on my face every morning, but now I have none.
