acne blemishes removal
does facial hair removal cause acne?

throught out my high school years i always had a clear face. But in college i started to notice that i had facial hair that was noticable and after i got lazar hair removal i notced blemishes that are not going away its been two years and every time i get my period the blemishes get bigger and red .Is the lazar hair removal causing this(i have had 10 treatments and hair is growing finer and not as much noticable??????????

try washing with this and see if it will help you like it helped my son!

my son has been using pine tar soap for a over two months now. it has really helped clear it up. he had it really bad. huge sores on his face, back and some on his arms and chest. you can get it thru your pharmacy. it costs about $4 a bar and a bar can last 3-4 wks. His skin is 100 percent clearer now

Acne- Any Difference Between Face and Body?

Acne on face and body-

Most of us think of face when we think of acne. That is because of two reasons. Acne does affect face more than other body areas. Secondly we can hide acne on our back or chest, but not on face. Acne on face makes us self-conscious. Let us find out what is the difference between acne on face and acne on other body areas.

Acne- where does it form?

Acne forms on the sebaceous glands. Every sebaceous gland is suspect to form acne. The sebum that gets blocked inside the gland forms acne by getting infected. By this theory we can get acne on allover body except few places such as lips etc. that do not have sebaceous glands.

Sebaceous glands distribution on body

Though our whole body skin has these glands, the density is different. These glands are more on face and upper trunk. Areas such as feet etc. all have glands but the density is much small. Therefore we have more probability of getting acne on face and upper trunk compared to other body parts.

Is acne different on different body parts?

Acne as I said earlier is a disease of sebaceous glands. As the glands all over the body are same the acne is also same. There is no difference at all between acne on face and acne on the upper arms or trunk. Please treat acne on all body areas with the same medication. There is no difference. acne nutritional supplements

Vitamin B12: The Ultimate Nutrition Supplement

If a person pays a visit to a local drug store then he would generally observe that there are lot of various types of vitamin and multi-vitamins placed there. One can find a vitamin for every small thing. Some of the vitamins found are anti-acne vitamins, detoxifying vitamins, vitamins to improve digestion, anti aging vitamins, vitamins for improving blood pressure and much more like all this. But the Ultimate nutrition supplement which probably everyone mainly overlooks is Vitamin B12.

But why is Vitamin B12 considered so much important? It is just because it is considered to be an essential supplement for overall health of an individual. It has various types of uses. It helps the body in conversion of sugar, proteins and carbohydrates into energy which further prevents the body in avoiding the feeling of getting tired which a normal person feels in its daily routine. Next the red blood cells formation is also promoted by this supplement. Also it helps the white blood cells in keeping the working of the body’s immune system in perfect shape. It acts as a preservative of fatty layer for nerve cells and along with this regeneration of cells is promoted.

This vitamin is so much important in the body because if this vitamin lacks in the body it would lead to quite serious outcomes like numbness in feet and hands, fatigue and shortness of breath. The more deficiency of this only vitamin can lead to evolvement of pernicious anemia. The reduced level of this vitamin inside the body would be a cause of usage to certain medications for fighting gastric conditions or any surgery for digestive purposes.
This vitamin is normally discovered in dairy products, poultry, red meats and seafood. The foods like mussels, beef liver and clams contains highest amount of vitamin B12. Overcooking of these foods would lead to loss of these important nutrients from itself. An active formulation of vitamin B12 is known as Methylcobalamin.

The steadiest formulation of the vitamin B12 is cyanocobalamin. As it is very much easy in combining and crystallizing it is found usually in multi-vitamins. Be it the most common one but still it is not able to fulfill the requirements and provide with right amount of it to the body. In the digestive process the effectiveness of itself is lost. It means one might not be able to get the proper dosage as it was claimed on the box.
